More Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Congress Members

Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the photographs.

Also included in this recent photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling different sections of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, including plans for marina coverings.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
